Trust and transparency
Editorial policy
How Garden Dream chooses topics, checks recommendations and corrects its practical garden guides.
Scope and purpose
We publish focused, task-led guidance for home gardeners. Each guide helps with one decision and distinguishes live weather data, general horticultural principles and situations that need local advice.
Sources
We prioritise primary and public-interest sources: university extension services, government agencies, data-provider documentation and peer-reviewed research. Sources are listed on every guide.
Writing and review
The editorial team drafts from the cited evidence. A separate review role checks calculations, visible uncertainty and safety wording. We do not attribute articles to fictional experts.
Translations
Polish and English versions belong to the same content record. Human language verification is recorded separately, and an unverified translation should not be published as equivalent.
Corrections and updates
A material change to evidence, method or advice triggers review and a new modified date. Readers can report an error through the contact page; we correct it without hiding uncertainty.
Independence and safety
Guides are not sponsored. For plant-protection products, the current product label and local law always take priority; our weather windows are not application instructions.
Calculation details are documented in the Garden Dream methodology.
